3. Product Information

We describe our products as accurately as possible, including product name, set, language, and contents. Product images are for identification purposes. Slight differences between a product's presentation and its packaging are possible; the manufacturer's packaging is authoritative.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and cancel that item with a full refund for it.

5. Pricing & Currency

• All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD).
• Prices may change at any time; orders already confirmed are never repriced.
• Applicable taxes, where relevant, are shown before you confirm payment.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) in case of pricing error, stock shortage, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address.

7. Payments — Stripe

Payments are processed externally through Stripe, a third-party payment service provider. Your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and handled under Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant procedures. Tcg-PokeShop never sees or stores your full card details. Disputes or chargebacks on the charge itself are handled through Stripe's infrastructure under their terms of service.

You may cancel an order free of charge by contacting us as long as it has not shipped. See the Return & Refund Policy.

Product names, card artwork and trademarks (Pokémon, and other brands sold on this site) belong to their respective owners. Tcg-PokeShop is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by these brands. Site text and layout are the property of Tcg-PokeShop. Product photos are used for product identification purposes.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tcg-PokeShop's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our reasonable control.

13. Third-Party Services

The site relies on third-party services (payment processing via Stripe, hosting). Their availability and terms are governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for third-party service outages, but we will work to resolve any resulting order issue.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute relating to the use of the site or an order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, United States.
